It has been a pleasure to have Mark Nelson and Chris Collins convert our run down shed into a rumpus room and office. They have been quick and honest in answering our questions, as well as enthusiastic and professional in completing the renovation of our shed. The quality of their work in insulating and lining the shed and the attention to detail in finishing the required tasks was outstanding. Over the past couple of years I have engaged the services of Nelco to perform a number of house renovations; a new ceiling in the carport, new cladded fencing outside and new walls.  Mark & Chris both great to deal with, competitive with their quote and started and completed the work on time.  Nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge and expertise in their field is outstanding. NELCO S.A (Mark & Chris) has been incredibly amazing to be the builder of our new granny flat (I found Mark and Chris number through “The Southern Times Messenger” I have at home for years). We are very lucky to find the right, honest, and reliable builder we can trust. The moment I contacted Mark for a quote he came to my house in a very timely manner, and provided me with so many good ideas and tips on how to build a good quality granny flat.
From the building process and up to the end, Mark and Chris have shown us a great respect to honestly care for our property. They always ensure that the drive way and passage areas are securely covered with plywood board sheets or plastic sheets to protect the concrete and to prevent unnecessary mess. They always ensure that either both of them are present when there were other trade contractors on site.
Mark and Chris have made the building of our new granny flat in a very easy yet friendly approach. They always listen to all our concerns, and guided us all the way through. They are a team of professional people who always think of the best outcome of their work to make us happy and satisfied until the end. For without NELCO S.A, we probably won’t have a beautiful yet good quality custom made Granny Flat.
